Dates and times of booking will be reserved upon receipt of a £100 deposit.
Payments may be through paypal or bank transfer.
The balance is payable 6 weeks before the actual wedding date.
For bookings made less than 2 months before hire, payment is required in full at time of booking.
HippieHire and its drivers reserve the right to refuse to carry and passenger whose behaviour poses a threat to the driver, vehicle or any of its passengers.
HippieHire operates a strict non smoking policy in the vehicle.
HippieHire keeps its vehicles in the best possible condition and services them regularly. In the extremely unlikely event of a vehicle break down, we will endeavour to fix the problem. If this is not possible, compensation will be limited to a full refund of the hire charge.
Whilst we will always do our upmost to be punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
HippieHire always cleans its vehicles prior to the wedding date but do not accept any responsibility for changes in the vehicle appearance caused by the weather or terrain during the period, although every effort will be made to present the vehicle in its best possible condition.
Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the exterior or interior of the vehicle and will be invoiced accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to re-instate the vehicle to its pre-hire condition.
We do not provide child seats unless agreed at the time of booking.
The standard hire period is up to 4 hours from the time we arrive at the collection address until the time we leave the reception venue. If you feel you would like additional time, this can be arranged at a supplementary cost of £30/hour, to be arranged at time of booking.
The first 40 miles are included, additional miles will be charged at £1/mile. Collection, ceremony and reception addresses are required before booking to allow us to calculate individual prices.
HippieHire is fully insured for wedding use. Our insurance does not cover customers to drive our vehicles or for loss or damage to customers possessions, or for any other consequential losses, delays or missed events.
Making the booking and accepting our quotation will represent agreement with our terms and conditions.
